Warranty, delivery and returns
- Warranty
- Manufacturer's warranty, usually 12 months from delivery. Wilkinson also sells its own paid CoverPlus extended warranty on qualifying products (a free CoverPlus Pre-Owned variant is included with pre-owned purchases).
- Returns
- 14 days to notify cancellation from receipt, plus a further 14 days to return; item must be unused and "as new" with original packaging. A £9.95 return postage/handling fee applies if an item is returned as faulty but found to be working, or returned used.
- Shipping
- Varies
- Delivery
- Free delivery over £100 per site banner; full cost schedule lives on a separate Delivery Information page not checked in this review.
- Import charges
- Not applicable
- Risks
- Wilkinson's terms explicitly state "We do not sell grey imports" - stock is sourced directly from the manufacturer or their authorised UK distributor, VAT-paid, with a valid UK manufacturer warranty. This corroborates KitPrice's existing "authorised" classification for this retailer. Faults: 28-day repair/exchange/refund at their discretion (item must be "as new"); manufacturer warranty (usually 12 months) applies after that.
